Mark is a technical writer by trade who writes to share his knowledge and his passions. These include:

Education and Experience
Mark graduated from Bristol University with a first class degree in Computer Science with Mathematics. His path to becoming a writer has included banking, software development, user experience design, and a fabulous wife and son.
Mark has published a number of technical papers, including one in the IBM Systems Journal, and a number of short stories and humorous articles in a variety of publications. He even wrote a sketch for a comedy show, but somehow he was never paid!
Mark is a trained teacher in the Further and Adult Education sector, and has taught numerous courses, mostly in the user experience field.
Mark co-authors a blog, Visit the UK, about travelling in the UK.
